To tame a horse, the first step is to earn its trust—to give it the confidence needed to overcome its fears of humans and unlock the potential bond between horse and rider.

Just as with a horse, each of us must learn to tame the fears and emotions that pull us away from our center. Only then can we reach a calm and disciplined state of mind, where true freedom with oneself is achieved and every possibility for action becomes attainable.
